Found the phone for cheaper than I was seeing on most other sites, which was a nice surprise because apparently affordable tech still exists. It showed up in good condition, not flawless, but for the price, I’m not complaining. I’d use Reebelo again if I need another device.

I was really happy when the phone arrived and everything listed was actually included. The charger cable and case were both there, and nothing was missing at all. That was such a relief, especially since I’ve had issues with other sites before. Overall, it was a really nice experience.

I was a little nervous ordering a refurbished phone online, because you never really know until it’s in your hands. But this one was listed as excellent condition, and yeah, that’s basically what showed up. I checked for scratches first, because that’s where my mind went immediately, and I couldn’t spot any. It was clean, the battery seems solid so far, and the whole thing just felt better than I expected. Anyway, small relief moment there. The listing matched the phone really well, so I’m happy with it and I’d use Reebelo again.

"Shipping was all over the place"
I don’t know, maybe I caught them on a bad week, but the shipping was kind of a mess. My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking kept doing that thing where it just sits there with no real updates, so you’re left guessing if it’s even moving. I reached out to support, and they were polite enough, but the answer was basically just “please wait” every time. Which, sure, I get that shipping can be unpredictable, but it was frustrating not having any actual info. The package did finally arrive, but the whole waiting around and checking tracking over and over was not great.

The website looked decent enough at first, but after I placed my order, the updates were really slow and the whole deal felt kind of vague. I did end up getting my item, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but there were definitely moments where I wasn’t sure what was going on. What bothered me most was how it felt like they leave little policy loopholes for themselves, so if something goes wrong, it’s easy for them to point to the fine print instead of actually helping. I’m not totally against ordering again, but I’d definitely think twice.

I ordered from Reebelo mostly because buying refurbished felt like a better choice for the planet, which I still like in theory. It’s hard to describe, but I guess I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more positive. The phone works fine, but the condition wasn’t quite as good as I thought it would be, and support took longer than I’d hoped to get back to me. Not terrible, just a little disappointing overall.

"Battery Drains Way Too Fast"
The battery on this died quickly, and when I checked, the battery health was only at 78%. It feels like I have to charge it constantly, like after scrolling for a bit, watching a few videos, checking emails, or even just leaving it sitting around. I expected it to last longer, but the battery definitely isn’t holding up well

The battery keeps dying way faster than it should, and it’s getting really frustrating. I tried reaching out for help, but I kept getting the usual policy excuse instead of an actual solution. I get that companies have rules, but when the product isn’t working right, it would be nice to feel like someone is actually trying to help.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered from reebelo thinking it’d show up in a few days, but nah, the delivery was seriously slow. The tracking barely updated, so I had no clue where my order was for ages. It finally arrived way later than expected, which was super frustrating because I actually needed it sooner. The product itself was okay, but the long wait kinda ruined the whole experience for me.

Shipping did take a couple days longer than I was hoping, but I got updates along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. My phone had an issue, which was annoying because I really didn’t want to deal with another phone problem. I had to email support a couple of times, and it felt a bit frustrating having to go back and forth, but they did eventually sort it out. Still, it was a hassle, and I wish it hadn’t taken those extra emails to get it fixed.

I bought a refurbished phone from Reebelo and it’s been mostly fine so far. The warranty was probably one of the main reasons I felt comfortable ordering, but I’d say the details were a little confusing at first. I had a small issue at one point and support did get back to me, though it took a bit longer than I expected. The coverage seems fair overall, I just wish the process was explained more clearly upfront
